Head of Contract Management Operations
Job location: Poznań
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Responsible for the execution, retention, and development of the existing CL contracts.
  • Manage the customer relationship: meeting the customer requirements with the highest possible performance level; build and maintain an outstanding customer relationship; detect the potential growth opportunities with the existing clients.
  • Ensure the operations efficiency and sustainability, including the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Key Operational Indicators of each site.
  • Partner with the BPE team to reach the Continuous Improvement and Standards objectives.
  • Partner with the Innovation and Green departments to propose and follow up a structured plan at each site.
  • Ensures compliance with any given Quality standard not limited to ISO 9001/ 14001 and OHSAS 18001 in all CEVA offices and locations by maintaining Integrated Management System.
  • Review the sites operational action plans during sites visits and periodic follow up meetings.
  • Responsible for the financial achievements including the control of the operational costs in order to reach the expected financial profitability.
  • Set up and communicate the monthly financial reporting on time with the expected format set the corresponding action plans to mitigate the deviations and improve the results
  • Review and approve the financial forecast / outlook based on the current financial results and operational performance; the available business information / trend; the management instructions.
  • Build up and follow up the turnaround plans for the non-performing sites.
  • Manage and animate a team of up to 10 Country CL Heads and Areas CL Heads in several countries of Eastern Europe.
  • Develop the team seniority, reviewing periodically workers profiles and proposing a development plan.
  • Propose the adequate team set up evolution when needed and maintain a backup plan for each team member.
  • Be the counterpart of the Business Development team for the offers’ validation in terms of operational and financial feasibility.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least Master’s Degree in Logistics (ideally Project Management Degree or Prince 2 Practitioner certificate, or other).
  • 10 years of experience in Operations/Customer Management/ Team Management/Managerial role.
  • Used to International and Senior/Executive Management exposure.
  • Experience with managing key customers.
  • Managed a book of business of at least USD 150m of revenue.
  • Experience in managing CL function of mix business lines on multi-country level, responsible for strategy and execution would be a plus.
  • Preferably experienced with building CL structures and setting the targets for developing organization.
  • Strategic thinking, planning and execution
  • Experience in change management
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (additionally any EEU language is a plus)
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams
  • Pro-active and forward-thinking approach
  • Proficient in building and maintaining business and customer relationships
  • Self-Motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to delegate
