For our Client, international, well known company in Poznań, we are looking for: Accountancy Team Leader

• Monitoring, controlling and coordinating work of the SSC Team providing accounting services to the other Group companies located in Europe
• Motivating and coaching employees - Support team members in daily task handling
• Use the team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as a continuous improvement tool o Respond to identified customer issues, queries and needs in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery for all processes performed by the Team (AR, AP, GL)
• Ensure process compliance with relevant accounting requirements, company policies and internal controls
• Drive process improvements and standardization projects within your area of responsibility

• Min. 4 years' experience in Accounting
• University degree preferably in finance and accounting, other accounting qualification, ACCA or CIMA will be a bonus
• Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude - Flexibility and ability to work within dynamic environment
• Experience in managing teams as an advantage
• Knowledge of Navision system or other ERP is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and deal with dynamic business needs
• Communicative French is an advantage
