Senior FP & A Analyst
Job location: Poznań

For our Client, the international company - SSC in Poznań, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior FP & A Analyst

 

Main duties:
  • cooperating with local entities
  • playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • preparation of Management Reporting Package for company management team
  • reporting of financial and volume reports for Sales and Marketing team
  • group financial results reporting via Oracle HFM Tool
  • coordination of activities to identify and execute saving initiatives
  • reviewing and analysing performance vs budget, latest estimate and last year
  • preparing of other ad hoc reports, sensitivity analysis, cost deep-dives etc
  • ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality
Requirements:
  • has 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance (controlling, financial analysis)
  • has University degree in finance, accounting or business administration
  • has fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • is analytically strong, having good technical skills in terms of reporting tools and really cares about the success of the business and results
  • has previously worked with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA (HFM would be an asset)
  • presents strong communication skills, is able to collaborate with stakeholders across organization
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions
