Job description:
  • Technical and organizational
  • Collect "supplier" invoices
  • Record and control supplier invoices
  • Identify the discrepancies between the forecast and the billed
  • Communicate dysfunctions with agencies
  • Carry out filing and archiving operations, particularly electronic
  • Under administration and management
  • Regularly report on the difficulties encountered with agency or supplier contacts to allow process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of office tools, openness to internal Ziegler IT tools.
  • Accounting experience.
  • Sense of advice to agencies.
  • Open to the evolution of tools.
  • Good personal organization.

Would be a plus: French or English imperat.ive.
