Your responsibilities
- Daily customer support in German via telephone and chat
- Identifying key customer needs
- Achieving project and team goals
Our requirements
- High level of German (ability to communicate both orally and in writing with users) - C1 level
- English level min. B2
- Multitasking
- Proficient computer skills
- Positive attitude for work
- Strong customer focus, high communicative skills, and openness towards other people.
