HELP Desk Consultant with German
Workplace: Poznań

Responsibilities:
• Providing first line of technical support for foreign customers
• Diagnosis and solving basic IT issues
• Caring for the proper flow of information
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers
• Cooperation within the IT team
Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Fluent German
• Strong interest in IT
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge
• Client focused
• Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
• Knowledge or understanding of IT infrastructure would be an asset
