IT Project & Bid Management EE – Team Lead
Miejsce pracy: Poznań
Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for (multi-) project management (agile/classical) as well as leadership and coaching of international project teams in the IT environment
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of IT project managers
  • Holistic consulting of internal clients in the project/program
  • environment up to senior management level
  • Support of projects from tendering, pricing and controlling to implementation
  • Contact person for our key account management
  • Development of solution-oriented processes and process
  • improvements, especially in cooperation with internal as well as
  • external service providers
  • Management of the Eastern Europe IT project portfolio including
  • reporting to the decision-making bodies
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed university education in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and project management experience in the IT environment at the interface between business and IT
  • Technical or disciplinary management experience
  • In-depth understanding of IT/technology
  • Strong team orientation and outstanding communication skills
  • Very good English skills
