Recruitment Specialist

YOUR TASKS:
  • Conducting recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions for the needs of production plants as well as transport, commercial and service companies operating in Poland within the Kronospan;
  • Preparing content and posting advertisements;
  • Implementing individual strategies to reach the right candidates, including active searching of passive candidates using portals and databases;
  • Ongoing selection of incoming applications, conducting telephone or online interviews and organizing meetings between candidates and hiring managers;
  • Leading an internal database, as well as reporting on actions taken and their results.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Willingness to work in the office in Poznań or Strzelce Opolskie;
  • Experience in running independent recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions;
  • Experience as an internal recruiter is a big advantage;
  • Ability to search for candidates using the direct search method;
  • Good command of the English language - a necessary condition; Russian language is an additional advantage;
  • Higher education;
  • Ability to manage different tasks and projects simultaneously;
  • Systematic and very good organization of work.
