Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Troubleshooting internet, Microsoft software, emails and other technical related issues
• Talks with customers by phone and receives orders for installation, service initiation, ongoing maintenance/repair, and changes and/or discontinuation in service.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Position can be full-time or part-time depending on specific individual and nature of employment offer. Ability to work shifts.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience in IT is a must
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Have excellent telephone, listening and communication skills
• Experience in customer service would be an advantage
