Delegate Sales Executive An exceptional opportunity for dynamic sales people with excellent spoken English has come to Poznan. A long established international conference company has been successfully running a dynamic sales division in the city for over 2 years now. This coincides with rapid growth in our European markets. Following on the first two years of successful expansion in Poland we are looking to grow extremely rapidly in the months to come. This will create a fantastic opportunity for the right-minded candidates who are ‘first in’ to quickly expand their career opportunities within this exciting business. Who is ACI Active Communication International, a Chicago based, UK owned conference provider has been creating and running successful events in the USA for over 15 years. Active Communications Europe (ACI), head quartered in London, has grown dramatically in its first eight years of business in Europe. We are producing top level business conferences across a number of industry sectors, with specialities in maritime, healthcare, oil & gas and renewables. There are exciting opportunities in all our departments as we rapidly expand our reach. What is the role? While sales experience is an obvious plus, we are able to give you all the tools and training to sell delegate space on our conferences, all you need to bring us is confidence and enthusiasm for the job. Starting near the creation of a business and one that is experiencing rapid growth will give candidates the best chance for personal advancement. We are not only looking for the highest calibre of salespeople, but we are looking for candidates who have the capability to build up their own teams and will go on to run their own departments. Remuneration & Benefits • OTE first year – PLN 85,000+ (basic salary dependent on experience; very high commission structure) • Comprehensive induction programme with full training available. • Ongoing practical training and experience is provided by team leader with 1:1 training, group workshops, phone session training, regular feedback and appraisals, etc) Ideal Candidate will have • 1 year’s new business (B2B) or ‘cold calling’ experience. • Proven sales skills. • Experience working to revenue and call targets. • Money motivated • Potential to become a team leader • Drive, self-motivation, confidence, competitive spirit, and a team player.
