The HR Manager is based in Poznan and will partner with the General Manager and the Management Team to deliver on the HR strategy, operations and goals.
This is a stand-alone role requiring a hands-on and knowledgeable HR manager. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills around the whole HR proposition including performance management, staff engagement, HR strategy and implementation, business partnering, coaching and development, recruitment, labour law and change management. Good English skills are a basic requirement.
