For an international organization that provides information technology consulting, services and outsourcing we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for a position of: HR Specialist Workplace: Poznań RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordination of the recruitment processes for the selected positions (IT, Finance) • Job posting (career section on Taleo and job boards for students) • Candidate screening • Recruiting candidates • Coordination of medical appointments and health and safety trainings for employees • Update documentation related to health and safety trainings and medical checks • Support HR department in selected HR projects (work fares, student fares and others) • Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation • Maintains employees information by entering and updating employment and status-change data using SAP, People Soft and Microsoft Access • Maintain Multibenefit and Multikafeteria programs database for employees • Maintain Medicover program database for employees. • Take part in organization yearly employees appraisal • Take part in organization general training programs for employees • Create selected reports related to the HR department • Coordination of registration of residence for employees who are not citizens of the Republic of Poland.
